This 9 days away from being a teen kid that is living with me (and happens to be my son) is always cracking me up! He says things that sound so serious, yet are hilarious and when he's not being "serious", he is acting like a nut.
Here are two quotes that I had to write down because they made me giggle (at the very least):
When Collin saw all the flower arrangements and plants that people sent for my dad's funeral service, he said "Wow! Pawpaw has more flowers than Whitney Houston!"
The setting was as serious as it could be and so was he, but that's what made this declaration so funny.
His second noteworthy quote was after watching something on TV where they were talking about homeschoolers having a highschool prom. He very seriously said: "We're not going to have a prom here, are we? That would be awkward with me and Ted dancing together." Hahaha! That one had me rolling!
I'm going to start writing all of these down so I can look back years from now, when he's barely talking to me, and remember how cute he was.
