Use Your Head!

Open my ears

to truly hear the hearts

of those around me.

Open my eyes

to truly see their needs,

even and especially when

they say

"I'm fine."

Open my mouth

to truly bring them

before

your throne.

Dear Lord,

help me to use my head!
